In this platform, the full-length IgG and IgG-like bispecific antibody can be displayed on yeast surface as close to IgG native form in molecular structure, biophysical property, and biological function. The large IgG antibody library displayed on yeast surface is screened in real-time by using fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS). Since full-length IgG yeast display library screening mimics in vivo antibody selection and evolution procedure, it can provide comprehensive solutions for antibody humanization, affinity maturation, and developability improvement.
