In this platform, the full-length IgG and IgG-like bispecific antibody can be displayed on yeast Pichia pastoris cell surface as native forms in molecular structure and biophysical properties. The large IgG antibody library displayed on yeast surface is screened in real-time by using fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS). Since IgG yeast display library screening mimics in vivo antibody selection and evolution procedure, it can offer comprehensive solutions for antibody humanization, affinity maturation, and developability improvement.
